Hello World again, I debugged my problem.
The INSTALL file says this: " AS AN ALTERNATIVE, you can just copy the entire "django" directory to Python's site-packages directory " It should say this: " AS AN ALTERNATIVE, you can just copy the entire "django" directory to Python's site-packages directory. The "django" directory is INSIDE the django repository. The "django" directory is NOT the django repository.
