One final suggestion...

If you are using python3.3 then pip may be called pip3.3

You could try "which python3.3"  or  "which python" (if python points to 
python3.3).  This should give you path to python executable directory.  If 
you look there you may be lucky
and see a pip executable - perhaps pip3.3
