LoL, thank you everyone! please forgive, i was just having a moment with
django... you understand, im a real makebelieve hotshot when it comes to
php, but now with my freshly inhereted django app, im a moron again... :p

I really been starting at the bottom here, trying to avoid raw sql because
i dont want to be a douche and not try understand django.
This app also has the django rest framework in it, which im just
discovering now also.

Thank you for replies, and Daniele, the hotshot that makes that one pager
is going to get a lot of hits! a LOT! and i think it would help people
learn far quicker than reading the docs, because the docs are not designed
for beginners

The body of my post is really to suggest the creation of a translator, from
SQL to django queryset. Theres alot of these translations in the docs,
altho i dont know about anyone else, but i learn more from things that
work, than things that don't work, ie, spending 3 hours this morning
getting a couple pics onto html... LoL

thank you

also, please can someone comment on something. i notice that im having
issues with getting ajax to work. is this because django wants me to use a
plugin instead?
