Identifying a useful name means ?

Well - say you have a set of packages which is useful as a Django friendly shopping cart.

Would it be better to type :

            pip install Django[shopping-cart]

or
            pip install Django[frooble]

Clearly '/frooble/' is an entirely valid name - but it is isn't useful, as it doesn't tell the user anything about what they might be installing.
