Hello everyone
 So The possible Solution
Could be

for python:

arr = <Be your array>

for i in arr:
    if i % 10 == 3:
          print(i)

for java

int[] arr = new int[10]; // Suppose you have 10 element in your array if
you want dynamic array use ArrayList

for(int i : arr){
   if(i % 10 == 3){
      System.out.println(i);

This Solution will Only work for the positive element.

Thank You
