How to enable/disable a hyperlink based on the clock

I want to provide a link to join a regular Zoom webinar but enable/disable it just like a garden sprinkler.

It feels like I need some sort of push. I'm not a js person.

Perhaps I should be looking at htmx?

Any hints?
