If you have strong User Interface design skills, can think outside the square to improve the usability and performance of software, and have a very good understanding of web based applications using CSS and Javascript, you may be the person for the job. You should also have experience with Python or Django, database design and HTTP. You must love to work in a team, and enjoy communicating with your work mates just as much as with customers.
