I doubt the problem is with base.html itself, but there might still be a mismatch of block names.
contact.html is expecting the following blocks to be defined in base.html: * fulltitle * header * extrahead * content-wrap While thankyou.html is expecting the following blocks instead: * billboard * title * header * content My guess is that your base.html probably has "title" and "content" but not the rest of them.
