Lets say I use pycrypto with AES, like this.

obj = AES.new('mykey', AES.MODE_CFB)
mytext = "Big secret"
cipher = obj.encrypt(mytext)

Can I use the same key or I have to change it everytime?
Would this be sufficiently secure?
