Technically, a redirection represents to return result code 301 or 302 and set field Location in the HTTP response header to absolute URL. HTTP Client then issue a new HTTP request to this URL. Hence you cannot "forward" any post parameter without client side cooperation. You could pass some parameters in query part of URL and/or perhaps via cookie thoroughly built for particular URL.
