i understand you point. I don't use Dramweaver, i have used Spry due
to the html widgets with client-side form validation and was
considering using the xml datasets for ajax.
I asked this question because i used it with Smarty templates and has
to develop workarounds for the brackets also.

I'll look at Mootools.
