Hi everybody...
I am trying to setup my apache webserver on a CentOS machine. I'm
almost there(i hope)
however i keep getting a weird error message. Weird in the sense that
i can easily connect to the same mysqldb when using the local
development server but not when using apache.
PythonHandler django.core.handlers.modpython: OperationalError: (2003,
"Can't connect to MySQL server on 'mysql.db4free.net' (13)")
my httpd.conf:
<Location /normskema>
SetHandler python-program
PythonHandler django.core.handlers.modpython
SetEnv DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE normskema.settings
SetEnv PYTHON_EGG_CACHE "/var/www/pythoneggs"
PythonDebug Off
PythonOption django.root /normskema
PythonPath "['/var/www/djangoapps'] + sys.path"
</Location>
do i have to import something special in my httpd.conf file? or am i
making a simple noob mistake. help is very much apreciated :-)
