You've got the same problem with duplicating 'legend' in your DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE spec and PythonPath spec as the poster in this thread: http://groups.google.com/group/django-users/msg/e8411403c00de3f6 had duplicating 'mysite', and you have the same options for fixing it as I described there.
