I looked here http://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/topics/http/file-uploads/
and it mentions request.FILES being a dictionary, but the 1.0 porting guide here http://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/releases/1.0-porting-guide/ says otherwise. Was this overlooked?
