I was running dkim-filter with a string of arguments and had already begun a post with the disappearance of these as "inconveniencing" me. It's easy to do a 'ps aux|grep dkim-milter' and see what one's running. But then I thought: "Hang on a minute, supposing I'd never had arguments and always had to use a configuration file, why don't I just try putting it all into dkim-filter.conf and see what happens?" Think of your MTA or LDA whatever, all run without command line arguments, for Postfix a real handful of different configuration files. Well, they all got put into my configuration file; it cost me around a half hour and now dkim-milter is running with just the -x argument, seems to be doing its job just as well, and I the experience richer ;) Best, --Tonni -- Tony Earnshaw Email: tonni at hetnet dot nl ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
