Something is going on while generating the ticket in the db.
If you don't have sensitive information, could you send me your
data.sdb privately?
I'll send you some code to test tomorrow.
BTW, exactly the same setup is working perfectly on an other hosting
provider ...
I also have several running DB installations with varying setups, but I
cannot reproduce the problem.
It probably has to do with sqlite. I remember fixing a weird issue with
column names for an old sqlite version last year.
