I'm using the Thunderbird add-on version of DL; I have intentionally not
updated from Thunderbird v52.9.1, even though I'm getting nag messages
every day.
I had to change the hosting location and URL for my DL installation (I'm
now using Amazon Web Services as the host).
When I try to create a Filelink in Thunderbird, I'm getting the message,
"An unknown error occurred when communicating with DL." Filelink works
correctly with Box. Using DL, I'm able to Insert Upload Grant, or to log
directly into the web interface. I've tried both https:// and http://
for my URL (making the change directly to the configuration entry in
Config Edition in Thunderbird). Any ideas on what might be at issue and
how to resolve it?
