Your mail filters are broken.  Google's DMARC reports are sent as an
attached zip file which contains a single XML file.  Your mail filters
are finding the string ".com" in the middle of the ZIP file's TOC (not
even at the end of the filename) and wrongly assuming that means a DOS
executable.

Just how old is your copy of exim, anyway?
