Something went wrong at your 3rd party DNS provider:
They put the DMARC record directly under bloomingdales.com, not under
_dmarc.bloomingdales.com.

Use e.g. https://dmarcian.com/dmarc-inspector/bloomingdales.com to check
your DMARC record.

What Vladimir wrote in his answer applies, too.
