If you send DMARC reports to a ticketing system, I don't think you will be happy with the results. That's a DMARC aggregate report which has an attached ZIP file containing a bunch of XML which is the report. I see "google.com!lynnhrconsulting.com!1640822400!1640908799.xml" which is the name of the report file inside the ZIP file. The rest is what happens if your ticketing system doesn't know what to do with an attached ZIP file.
