Hi Arvel.  Great to see you re-entering the fray...

Picking a nit:  It's not a MIME level issue.  It's in the main header.

More substantive:  Multiple signatures are ok now.  And are sometimes
done now.

So the real challenge is who should sign what and how should it/they get
used?
