If it happens to survive (such as to recpients of the original message
who are not on a mailing list, so they get a direct copy) then their
DKIM evaluation engine ought to pay attention to the 'strength' of the
different signatures.

Also note that the weaker signature is enabled by the DKIM-Delegate
field, which specifies what intermediaries are tolerated.
