Whaddaya mean fluffy? Try a PUT or POST to that URI and it'll work.
Surely you don't expect a DMARC report generator to parse https: and scream out
"Oh Gosh, here's what I've been hopelessly waiting for...". For non-human
parsers, it's fluff, no?
