Because the mailing list modified the message before that header was applied. The IETF's mail server is a mess, and will be completely replaced over the next month.

what i get back on faulty maillist, note no problem

will the faulty server add openARC or dito in rspamd ?, it must be done before maillist manager see the mail, not after
