On the document adoption page, there's a pull-down of the WGs of which you are chair to select into which WG you want to adopt it, which defaults to the alphabetically first thing you're chairing. So it automatically selected CBOR instead of DMARC for Barry, and it wasn't as obvious as one might like. This has been fixed, I think. -MSK
