The current report format defined in [ARF
<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc6591#ref-ARF>] lacks some specific
features required to do effective email authentication failure
reporting. This section defines extensions to ARF to accommodate
this requirement.
ARF being RFC5965.
