Updates to a half dozen records. These fall into two catagories:
1) The OEM record was updated since support was added.
2) The OEM record has been depricated. As OEM record can be redefined
in future generations, update dmi_decode_hp to skip these records for
after point of deprication.
If the records numbers are repurposed on future generations, dmioem.c
will need to be updated to reflect the newer definition.
Note: Patch to OEM 216 also removes a non-ASCII character from a
a string literal.
