Unfortunately, DMTCP doesn't support SYS-V semaphores currently. I will do
a quick analysis to see what would it take to implement them If it turns
out to be a big change, I would prefer to do it in the 1.3 branch as
opposed to 1.2 branch. Although, I think it will be a smaller change and we
can do it in 1.2 branch.
