Hi Nausca,
In principle, the code for DMTCP 1.1.8 should work fine for
Linux kernel 3.0. If you can send us a bug report, we'd like to fix
any bugs that you're seeing in DMTCP-1.1.8.
Having said that, in addition to sending us a bug report for DMTCP-1.1.8,
could you also try migrating to DMTCP-2.2.1. This is the latest version,
and eventually, we'd like to move most DMTCP users to this branch.
In particular, it has a very flexible model of plugins for adapting
to unusual circumstances.
So, would you mind doing both?
1. Sending us a bug report for DMTCP-1.1.8
2. Trying out DMTCP-2.2.1, and letting us know if you also see the bug there.
