yeah, i've been using. small problem with it not finding the key but theres a small (200k) app on the website that fixes that. i've been having some serious problems but i'm not sure if its with logic or my pulsar card (also recently made w2k compatible).
it tends to be fine then just lock up for a cpl of seconds, the timing will go and usually stop playing. it works fine under winme (well, as fine as winme will ever be ;) - it could be how i've got it configured (or w2k) but its making it unusable. from having Task Manager running it looks like 1 appjust hogs the cpu occasionally for a second or two but because task manager also locks up in that time i cant tell which one. it seems to be on loops with lots of midi messages (ie. complex drum loops) and may be the pulsar sts3000 sampler going ballistic and causing logic to not be able to respond (ie. it may not be logic's fault at all...). i'm not sure at the moment, but i've gone back to winme for a while as its making me completely unproductive under w2k... and i've spent far too much time tinkering with my pc recently just to get pulsar to run under win2k (have to deactivate on of my cpus to get it to even work.... grrrr) ph. ----- Original Message ----- From: "PANTHER" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Drum & Bass Arena Discussion List" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Tuesday, December 11, 2001 5:12 PM Subject: [dnb-prod] Logic 4.8.1 > Anybody using Logic 4.8.1 in Windows2000 yet???
