Hello, I could create a forum on www.goodtimetribe.com and the author of the track could post the name of the song as the title of a thread, include a link in the message and any details, and people could reply to that as reviews... it's virtually all setup, it's manageable and I can have multiple moderators/etc... lemme know if ya'll want it.
