Yeah I've got Absolute 2's too; had them about 2 years, and they sound really nice...They don't give you the nice rumble I like from my subs tho'...

Cool

Thats what i thought, but i just need nice fat filler sounds, bass and
textures to flesh out the breaks.
About the speakers, i got some Spirit Absolute Twos for 175 from Sound
Control in Bristol (tell them Digital Village are selling them for 179 and
they crumble) at the weekend and they are little beauties - the bass
extension is very solid (at last - accuracy) and everything sounds reet nice
and realistic as opposed to the Wharfedales i was attempting to mix through
previously (now they're a bit more useful downstairs with the telly!)

Cheers

Dan

Again strings on a Supernova are different to a module.

If you want more natural sounding strings then get a module but at the end
of the day a Supernova will help you more when it comes to bass, pads and
FX.
