i've not used logic with MME or direct x, but i
think it comes with an mme setup utility. is this of any use? if its not in the
windows start menu, it should be in the program folder.
also, i thought mme has its own section under audio
drivers (rather than as a suboption of asio). would this be a better route? do
you need asio? i would have thought asio would have been just for cards with
specific asio drivers (which the sblive dont have afaik)
hmmmm.... in case it wasnt obvious this isnt
exactly my area of expertise ;o)

Subject: [dnb-prod] Logic Audio...
I'm just starting to get to grips with Logic 4.7,
and I'm having problems with my audio drivers...
For ASIO, there is only the DirectX Full Duplex
drivers which make the audio very choppy. In Cubase I can choose between the
DirectX and the Multimedia drivers - but this option is not available in
Logic. Am I missing something here, or is it impossible to have the MME
drivers working in Logic?
I'm using an SBLive 5.1 Platinum
soundcard...
Cheers,
