Im still having a bit of trouble understanding the effects in the E5000 Ultra while using Multi mode.
I've been looking through the manual and came across this tip in the margin. "You can create special presets without samples to be used as effects presets. By assigning these effects presets to the multi mode effects control channel, you can use program change commands to switch between effects during a sequence" Well I can assign the FX to say multimode channel 16, but how can this affect the sample. In cubase I can setup a midi 16 channel but there is nothing to trigger. How does this FX preset thing work ? It's on page 99 of the manual if that helps. Also if I place an effect on say midi 3 and set the master effect to point at midi 3 then I can only get the effect to come out on the stero main channel. Even if I place effect send to 100% on sub1 and 0% on main. Any ideas ?
