I think you have to ride a fine line between making tracks too dj 
friendly ( and thus a little on the boring side), or too interesting 
(and thus difficult to mix).  The best dj tracks out there are, in my 
opinion, are the ones that manage to somehow do both at the same time.

Regarding this track, I think you should dub it and play it out for 
sure.  It's got enough of a vibe to keep the floor moving.  It does get 
a little long-winded at times, but its better than a lot of the tracks 
out there in that regard!
