Get a copy of partition magic, it works.

i dont think thats true. you might need to first shrink your other
partitions to make room for the fat32 partition to grow. also try running
PM in DOS mode by starting up with the PM boot disks. i generally have
better luck with PM in dos. btw, PM can convert FAT32 to/from NTFS.
