I have recently bought a G4 450 Mhz with 128Ram and an Audiophile 2496 Soundcard. Being new to Macs I'am having teething problems running Cubase V5. If I look at the CPU performance it's flashes red and causes the sound to cut out intermittently. What I find most bizarre is the fact that I have not loaded up any sounds. Why is this happening?. Please can somebody tell me how I can fully optimise my system for music applications. I'm also having problems with a cracked version of Absynth. It can be opened up but it has no sound banks. When I try to search for them they can't be found. It only seems to works whenever I load up the demo version. I also can't install Recycle 2.0 due to error 199.
