There was only one advertisement (that I ever saw) that sold the Reinforced sample CD - Planet Drum & Bass.
It came in the (Enforcers) Above The Law Box Set. The little flyer that came with the box set that advertised the cd has this as the phone number to call to buy it: 01814597634 This of course was in 1997 - so the inner and outer London city codes have changed since then. So you might have to dial a different city location code than 0181 - or their number may have changed entirely. But I have to say - because i have the sample CD - it's really not one of the best out there for it's money. I would say you'll be pretty disappointed if you were buying it to be making music on today's terms. It's your standard Amens, Apaches, etc. Then there are some of their own breaks which are pretty lame to begin with as they effected the hell out of the breaks and it sounds like they recorded them in a medium sized room at fifty feet away...
