Not really my kind of thing, too much nice sounds in there (piano, guitars, trumpets?) 
:)
The drums ain't really working for me either, that snare needs more punch IMO.

Also, the track is really quite in general (compared to others).
You can see it clearly when you watch WinAmps spectrum analyser, or when you watch the 
waveform in Soundforge (or whatever).
Try comparing your track to the ones posted by Scope and Trust, you'll see what I mean.

and Compression is your friend :)
