well i'm sure why it would ever show up in the effects list because it is not an effect at all.. but are you sure reaktor vst plugin dll file is in logic's vst folder? you need to have a copy of the dll in the vst folder for it to be recognized by logic. if you have more than one audio app that uses vst instrument (cubase) installed o your machine, then you need to copy the file into each of the application's vst directories. i'm not a fan of that system, it's just the way it is. once you do that, restart logic and it should be there.
