Pricewatch.com is just a listing of vendors, they don't sell anything themselves. There are hundreds of vendors listed there, some of which might be a bit sketchy, I dont really know though, they might filter out the bad ones.
I've had good experiences with http://www.accessmicro.com/, but I've never had to deal with int'l orders. Good luck!
