i don't think you'll ever get 0 delay, since the broadcasting computer's
gotta encode into 128kbps and then transfer it.  maybe if you change the
settings so that the stream's uncompressed, you'll get closer to realtime,
but hypothetically speaking, i don't think you'll ever hit 0 on the dot.

Slightly OT Network help...
I'm trying to broastcast the output from my mixer across a small home
network with 5 PC's @ 128kbps. I'm currently using shoutcast to broadcast
but there is a delay across network so the remote PC's are a good half a
second behind the local PC. I've tried in decreasing the buffer length on
the remote PC's and increasing it on the local PC to try and manually get
them in sync with no luck. Does anyone know of any software or a way around
this problem?
