Heh, check out Don't Touch that Dial by Dynamix II for that particular sample.  You'll also get an earful of really old electro and some big booty BASS!  Ah, takes me back to when I used to roll around in my 1986 Pontiac 6000 in high school and listen to that stuff.

I have recently started work for a leading pirate radio station and have
been asked to collect various samples to be used as jingles between adverts,
etc.
I have already thought of the following,

1) DON'T TOUCH THAT DIAL
2) WARNING THE SARGENT GENERAL HAS DECLARED THAT THE SOUNDS YOU ARE ABOUT TO
HEAR MY DEVISTATING TO YOU EAR

Does anyone know where I can download these samples?
What tracks are they used in if any as I might be able to sample them from
those? Maybe someone already has them and can give pass them on to myself?

I would like to hear what other samples people think I should use also?
