not heard the track, but if your anything like me (ie fucking lazy), it would be worth sorting out the mix and the repetitiveness... It's so easy to listen to one of your own tracks and feel that its finished as you can kind of play the real version back in your head while your listening to it and not really notice the problems, especially if you've been working on it for a while... So many of my older tracks I listen back to now and wish I could go back to them and just finish them off, but unfortunetely I'm too lazy to save everything and write down the mixer settings and patches etc.
The music listeneing / buying public want perfect stuff, not what we, the producers, feel is alright... It's only once you get into the nitty gritty of production that you realise how hard everything is and start appreciating badly produced music... thats my 2c anyway... Thanks for the feedback Evan.. I still think that the track needs one more mixdown.. but i'm lazy as hell. so i'll probably leave it the way it is now.. On the repetitive note.. yeah i'm aware of that,, but then again.. all of my tracks are a bit repetitive :o))) Can anybody else give me their 2 cents on this?? C'mooon ppl.... i need feedback!
