Hey, how you all doin this fine friday morning ? I just bought the Logic Audio Big Box, mainly under the impression that the ESXP24 was a fully functioning sampler, not just a sample player... i.e. you cant create or edit sampler instruments in it as you can in the EXS24. My stupidity really for not paying enough attention etc but before I go about seeing if I can return the Big Box, a few quick questions which could possibly solve my problem...
1 If I take a hard copy of my mates EXS24 CD can I install and autherise the ESX24 on my system from the copied disk (dont know what implications the XSKey has here) 2 Failiny the above.... I am currently running the demo of the EXS24 which Logic 5 allows for 28 days. In logic's audio menu there is an option to open the EXS24 instrument editor. Is this a function of Logic, should you have the EXS24, or is it there because I've got the demo running and will dissapear in 28 days. i.e. when the demo expires will still have access to the instrument editor and therefore be able to create sampler instruments to plat on the EXSP24, thus getting round the problem. Also, I'm well pissed off that the bit-crusher doesn't come with Logic Silver. Can I somehow copy the Platinum plug-ins of a mate into my plug-in folder and use them? Help much appreciated, enjoy the weekend Stephen --- Drum&Bass Arena Producers Discussion List http://www.breakbeat.co.uk You are currently subscribed to dnb-prod as: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
