I hope that gets you started...

I would say that you should try writin' your own breaks and beats. Sure samples are a must but do not over use them... I meen think of all of the "Amen Dark Jungle" from the late 90's. Take a good look at the Ruffneck Jungle from the west coast of the USA. It is still "Amen Dark Jungle" but they cut all of the samples to one shots. Then slap them in REASON or Fruity Loops. Bamm you got fresh beat and breaks. I do it all of the time. I will download a drum loop then cut it to ribbons. Even if the beat sucks, you can still rip out a cool snare or phat kick.

With this loop I found, I cut the kick and the snare out in soundforge. Just start with messing about with some free loops in soundforge or cool edit pro You will find that making some tight ass beats is easy. If you live in the US I might be able to send you a disk... I can not promise anything. I am broke as shit, well a least until I sign this deal with a dj for some cash...

Peace, Zero

I posted a while back on trading loops and some one gave me links to free loops.  I went to all those sites and they sucked for the most part.  I want to find full loop cd's with dope jungle breaks.  Anybody know where to get some or willing hook me up?
I got mad shit to trade as well.
