You said your outbaord gear is redundant due to SX's poor midi timing. Can you explain a little more mate.
The reason why i ask is that on my old PC (700mhz Athlon) the timing for my outboard gear in SX was all over the place. thats why i kept to VST 5.1.
I have SX on my new PC (2.5ghz) and it's sweet as a nut.

What's your setup Tim??

I paid �800 for one four and a half years ago, and never looked back.


...until I started using Cubase SX with it's piss-poor MIDI timing, which
means all my outboard is now pretty much redundant. My Promix is now
basically a fancy volume control for my PC :(

Fantastic mixer though, really lovely!!!
