Hmmm, I had some samples that I got from the dnbproduction FTP site
that I absolutely can't find anywhere. I lost the samples in the winxp
upgrade somehow. Does anybody have access to the database of samples? Or
am I screwed now?

www.dnbproduction.com was started
by a bunch of guys from this list and most of the FAQ answers were taking from
list postings. I would say it's defiantely affiliated with this
list - even though it's not affiliated with DnB Arena in any way (but is
this list either? :)
trust
hah, I assume you mean the #dnbproduction ftp
? I think it died to be honest : / (we're not affiliated with
dnbproduction.com, I should point out, but props to those guys)

Hello, sorry about the ot but its pc
performance related and i could'nt think of a better source of
computer knowledge. Right, once again due to my lack of know how i
need to ask this question.
When you press ctrl, alt and delete
you get that menu which shows you what progs and stuff are running
etc, obviously when running certain progs such as cubase or aol
messenger for example, they show as just that, but there is also a
whole load of other things which i dont really know what stand
for and dont think i need running and eating up power, any ideas as
to what any of these things below stand for would be
great,
cheers.
ps, i was told by someone at aol when i
had probs with them a while back, that all that is needed for
general purposes ie internet and normal pc stuff (not music, audio)
is explorer, systray and something else i 4get, so the list below
seems somewhat TOO much?
:
Explorer
Whagent
Findfast
Msmsgs
Osa
Wkcalrem
Rundll
Launcher
Instantaccess
Loadqm
Rundll32
Dw
Stimon
Systray
Msgloop
Msg32
Qttask
cheers,
Andy.
