Unfortunately, VSTis aren't the magic "create alls" they're made out to be,
something as delicate as an accoustic guitar must be hard to model
accurately. The easiast is to sample them as daze said, but maybe map the
individual notes across the keyboard and play them.

I think sampletank has an accoustic guitar preset. But that's still samples
;)
