On similar note of "establishing a relationship" etc. from 'blz' below, as part of my studies at SAE (School Audio Engineering) I have to do a 5 mth written assignment on anything audio related. Thinking of doing something that will also be beneficial to my future (if any) production career, say doing a case study on a label, or something production, new artist wave related, just after any info as I'm sure you guys have some experience/knowledge of lables, and or similar topics, & wot not?
On that particular note my initial idea's are say to do something like a case study of Moving Shadow, and how over the years they have developed, and how audio technology progression's have enhanced production techniques etc. ??
Basically any idea's, be they what lable to do, how to approach it, what lable would be most open to something like this as to an interview etc, and also a beneficial case study on a lable preferably near London, that would benefit me as a contact in the future!
Any idea's, links, advice, info at all would be greatly appreciated, as I have to do a proposal this week, & really wanna pick right kinda all round topic, both interesting to write about, beneficial in a contact kinda way for me, and something techy but not too techy.
Thanks,
~Kris
